Course Description

Designed and created by teachers, architects and engineering professionals, our hands-on curriculum introduces children aged 3–13 to concepts of engineering, architecture and mechanics using LEGO® bricks.  Lessons from math, science, language arts, and social studies are integrated and discussed. 

In this course, students will learn:

  • Kids already know how to build with LEGO® bricks, but with a little coaching, they can learn about engineering, architecture, physics and math using specialized components.
  • When lessons are related to something kids enjoy, like building with LEGO® bricks, kids are more motivated and retain more of what they learn.

Requirements

  • The list of requirements will be forwarded upon registration. Required for the experiments are general household items.
