Course Description

This game-based learning tool is designed to develop computational thinking in children. Junior Nonscreen Coding introduces coding concepts through interactive puzzle-based games similar to popular block-based coding approaches like Scratch. Using a mobile app camera-based interface, children compile code in a tactile, hands-on way.

This approach allows young learners to grasp abstract coding concepts without relying heavily on technology while simultaneously developing sophisticated digital competencies through simplified augmented reality.
